We've been making wine for several years and have made several whites along the way. Our favorite has been CC Yakima Valley Riesling which have all turned out well.

However, I'm now searching for something a tad less sweet. I've considered withholding some of the reserve pack on this wine but this also appears like an excellent time to try something else.

What semi dry whites would you guys recommend?

Thanks...

Next time pour 1/2 of the flavour reserve bottle into the primary and stir well then save the rest to backsweeten as per directions.. I think they are just a bit too sweet for my taste as well but others love them as is. If you want an equally amazing white wine with lots of pizazz on the tongue give the CC Showcase Grüner Veltliner a try. Fantastsic wine with food or on its own.
