I have about ten pounds of dried plums and want to make a batdch of wine with them. Any ideas? I was thionking about finding a general recipe for raisin wine and going from there.

That is about a gallon batch, I made a plum last year and used 6 #'s per gallon and it was still weak, I ended up and blended it wiht another wine. You know the basics, just go for it. Bring your sg to 1.080, add enough acid blend to bring your ta to .55% to .65% add a banana for some body
