I'd like to start some plum wine, and I have two quarts of Coloma concentrate and no recipe. I've made several successful batches from other fruit concentrates, but never plum. Any advice or plum experience you want to share? Juice ratio, body building, acid additions? Any help is appreciated. I'd even consider a liqueur.
