Hello everybody,
I have a little question, at what density reading are you transfering you must from primary to secondary? I have a Shiraz and a Pinot Noir Fresh Juice fermenting. Shiraz reading is 1014, Pinot in 1012.
Usually I wait 'till it reach the 1010 point but today I have a dilema... I need to go work and I wont bw back 'till tomorrow (24 hours). What should I do? I'm affraid it's to early in the fermenting process to rack it at this point...
