Delays?

I've been submitting my returns to the IRS electronically for several years now. Typically, I have my refund within a week. Not this year. It's been almost 3 weeks. When checking on their site, it just says the return is being processed and a refund date will be provided when available. I got my state refund in 5 days. Anyone else experiencing delays this year?

Did ours at the beginning of February after getting all our tax docs. Had both the Fed and State direct deposited in about 7 days. Did my Mom's in TX as well about a week later and it also only took about 7 days.

That's about the normal turnaround for me. Frustrating, and hard to get any details.
