RJ Spagnols Cru Select Cabernet Malbec Carmenere

Question: Is this an all juice kit? The box is long gone and the instructions don't mention it. I'm thinking not.....

Assuming it's not all juice, is this kit eligible for malolactic fermentation?

It s not an All Juice, it is a 16 liter kit that will make 23 liters with the addition of water. These kits are very good as Ive made a few but have stepped up 1 notch in my opinion to the grape skin kits but the Restricted quantity kits like you have here are awesome without the grape skin addition. I made last years Chilean Malbec and it is really coming around right now and continues to improve. Good luck. I so want to get the Tannat Merlot but things just keep on happening to restrict me from buying any wine stuff lately. You will not do any MLF on this.

No MLF required on any Cru Select kit. The Acids are already balanced for the end result.
