Will be getting 6 gal 100% cranberry juice this weekend straight from the bogs in Northern Wisconsin. Nothing added by them. I think I will use Montrachet yeast with this. Or does anyone else have a better suggestion? No matter what I use I will make a starter, add nutrient, pectic enzyme , and energizer as I have heard cranberry can be hard to start. Just working out the recipe before I get the juice.
