I have going a Pale lager which is currently in the lager stage.

My question is the wort is still a beige color and shows no sign of clearing even after a total of three weeks.

What do I need to add or do yo get it clear?

I usually lager for 4-8 weeks, that said, if you must rush it (the beer will be much better with more lager time), here is a nice and easy way to clear your beer:
Make sure that the beer is below 40°, 30° is even better.
Take one packet of Knoxx unflavored gelatin and dissolve as follows:
Put 1.5 cups of water in a microwave safe container and sprinkle the gelatin in it.
Microwave in short bursts, 20 seconds at a time until the water gets between 150° - 160°, you will see the gelatin dissolve, Do not let it get more than 170°.
Stir well and pour into the carboy, stir gently, but well, put the stopper and airlock back on the carboy and leave for 2 days at 30° -40°.
Your beer should be crystal clear.
