According to theinfo George sent out the juice will be in a 26L bucket which isn't big enough for the primary fermentation due the foaming that is created so please use a 7.9 gal bucket which is 30L.

George is just the best. I called today and got my tracking #
from him. Mine won't get to my house until Saterday the
10th. I hope it's started fermenting then I have less time to
have to wait. lol

I recieved mine today and it looks great. I was on my way out of the house heading to work when the ups truck pulled up. It was thawed but cold. I transfered to primary bucket (I could just tell that the shipping bucket was not going to work. I checked tonight and fermintation is rocking and rolling.
