I have a batch of cranberry wine that i'm finishing up. I've added potassium sorbate and sweeten the wine to my taste. I did not add any camden tablets when i added the potassium to sweeten the wine. Will this cause an issue? I still have it under a air lock in the carboy waiting to be bottled.

sorbate will work if your sulfite levels are at acceptable levels. If you have the means to measure your sulfite levels, then you can check them. If you don't have the ability to measure, I'd add one campden tablet per gallon if you haven't added any since the beginning.

Lon,

I've added a campden tablet at the beginning but none when i added the potassium sorbate at the end. So i should be covered?

Welcome aboard!!

I always add k-meta when i add sorbate in. IMO i would add it again.
