Well,

We had 75 gallons to bottle today. My friends, Steve and Joe and daughters and boyfriend had a good day.

We set up and started at 2:00 pm and by 4:00 we were done. 375 bottles - 31 cases - split 3 ways 10/cs each. This is a red blend that we
named Vino Rosso Italiano.

I borrowed a 3 spout filler from another friend and here we go

Joe getting 'er set up
