Bottling day tomorrow/labels

Tommorow I'll be bottling all my apple. I have about 21 gallons of Country Apple and 13 gallons of Frenzy which tastes like carmel apple.

they look great Dan. Have you pulled a taste sample from the frenzy yet? Just curious how the maple syrup behaved in wine?
