Boil the Nutrient ?!

Hi there !

I'm going to add yeast Nutrient to the Red Must just before adding the Starter .

I'd like to know if it's safe or should I boil it first ?!

Just add it per directions

I make Beer as well as Wine .

By brewing it's recommended to add it to the boiling Wort in the last 10-15 Minutes .

That made me think about using it in Wine making .

So , why is it safe by Wine making but NOT by brewing ?!
