So I got about 6 quarts of blackberries threw them in the food processor and got 3 1/2 cups of juice for jelly! I have about 2 cups of juice and all the pulp/seeds in a cheesecloth. I was wonder about throwing them in a gallon jug and finish with some water and make some wine? Will that work? Is there any issue with the seeds going through a food processor? I just hate to throw it away! Thanks in advance!

I would drink it. Maybe add a couple tablespoons to a glass of tea.
Diluting 2 cups of juice even in a half gallon jug will be an extremely thin tasting wine, like flavored water.

I agree with Bob -- the result will be adult Kool-Aid.
However, you can freeze it and add it to a batch of wine later as a flavor enhancer.

I’ve added blackberry to a Carmenere. Even at 5% the blackberry added a little difference that’s noticeable. With or without, I can’t say one is better than another, just different.

Another option is to freeze into ice cubes and use in your favorite cocktail.
