Benifits of Blending

I have some cranberry wine that I back sweetened with concentrate and so far have really not liked the flavor very well. I took some of my apple wine and mixed it 50-50 with the cranberry wine, the blend really turned into a tasty wine. I like the blend a lot better than the cranberry wine alone. This is one that I will plan to make more of.

Cranberry is an awesome wine to blend with. I also blend it with apple. Another good wine to blend it with is Niagara.

The apple is all that I have to blend with the cranberry at the moment, but letting it some of it age further and I may have some more blending options next year if I still am not happy with the cranberry alone.
