Hello,

Say I make 3 Baron kits, which comes out to roughly 9 cases.. I have no room to keep them all cool.. Would it be ok to let them sit at room tempature until Im ready to chill and drink? How long could I do that for?

One more thing..a funny one.. Has anyone ever got drunk off of a baron kit... How did you feel the next day??

Storing your brews at room temp is perfectly fine. As long as your room temp is not too high!!! I have heard as long as six months without any problems as long as your sanatization procedures are good. I have one brew session that is over six months and still tastes great.
