Are there any recommendations on kit tweaks for the WE Selection Barolo 16 liter kit? The kit has no skins. I have purchased some wine tannins in anticipation of using it future kits, but I do not now if that would hurt this kit. I have not made this kit before and have never had Barolo wine ever. Raisins, bananas? Thanks in advance for your advice!
