In Mr Keller's recipe for this Banana Wine, the recipe calls for 2 tsp of Citric Acid....
Can Acid Blend be used as a substitute for citric acid?

.... found a place to get Citric Acid.

still wonder if you can substitute with Acid Blend though? (just for general knowledge)

Yes you can but you can also stick to citric acid by just adding some lemon juice.

I knew I could use Lemon, just didn't know how much I should use.
Could I use Orange as well? Lemon as a higher acid content though
what would this do to flavor of a given wine?

Read on Jack's site, juice of 1 lemon = 1 citric. Don't know how much is in a orange sorry.
