I started a apple wine 09/05/2014 and I just checked it and it still has a bad apple note will that go away?

What apple notes are bad? Can you offer a more concrete idea of the problem? I assume it smells of something other than green apples. What does it smell of? Rotten eggs? Burnt matches? Vinegar?
It might help too if you could offer some idea of the recipe you used and your processes with a timeline...

Ingredients:

1 gal organic apple cider
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp malic acid (may substitute tartaric acid or acid blend)
1 tsp pectic enzyme
1/4 tsp grape tannin
1 tsp yeast nutrient
1 tsp bentonite
1 cup dried cranberries (optional)
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1 campden tablet, crushed
1 pkt yeast (Lalvin 1118

It's like a sour apple

Draw a glass, add some sugar. If needed add a bit more til it tastes good to you. If this fixes it, let it clear and degass, stabalize it, then sweeten. Now you can bottle. Arne.
