I've got a dozen or so Peche Lambic bottles, various flavors, my wife loves the stuff. They come in two sizes a 350 ml and a 750 ml with corks in them. Has anyone used them for bottling wine?
I do love em, but they are wildly different (and pricy, like $6 for the 350ml bottle).
they are corked and crown capped. Thick like a champagne bottle, including the raised cone in the bottom.
You might actually need belgian corks, or at least double check the bottle cap size to make sure its not that smaller Euro diameter.
Otherwise, just clean em REAL good since lambics are infected with other bugs than yeast (though these really only linger in plastic and wood aging barrels)
