I think i read somewhere today that k-meta is also a anti-oxidant can i use this in my apple wine? as an anti-oxidant Edited by: kaluba
 
As far as keeping it from browning- NO, it will not prevent browning of your juice or wine. Use Ascorbic acid for that at manufacturers recommended rates. Also keep the carboy covered as you age it to keep it lighter colored.
