Beautiful....might be Brugmansia. Do they last from year to year outdoors for you down there????
Here we treat them as annuals and often the don't flower the first year...I tried to winter them over once indoors and they did flower the next year....but they brought bugs inside to all my houseplants, so let them go the next year.
We can grow a relative of that plant called Datura...it isn't as showy and does bloom from seed the first year.
