3 gallons lime mead
3 gallons mulberry wine
5 gallons strawberry
1 gallon strawberry (the extra gallon

)
6 gallons Carlos Muscadine
6 gallons Carlos Port
6 gallons Blackberry
6 gallons more Blackberry

Leaving one lonely 5 gallon carboy awaiting some wine.....

I might try that Orange chocolate port JWMinnesota has running. That sounds like it would be good for 5 gallons.

Aside from that I am pretty close to maxed out for production of wine. I really need more space cause my closet floor is totally occupied. I guess I could build up and double my capacity in that closet. Might have to consult my carpenter buddy.

Just remember you'll need something to put your mead in for National Mead Day - its on August 1. Last year the recipe had raspberries so I made a cranberry cyser and a cranberry mead instead. I want to do it. But I also have to do blueberry too. I will have some 6 gallons freeing up one in July and two in August. I hope to get the oc port going in two months or less. And then I might have a bunch of muscadine again in September. If I am able to go back to Almarla Vineyards.

First I need to build a table / shelving unit inside my closet that can hold the weight of six full 6 gallon carboys. Then I am planning to start brewing beer too.
