I'm preparing my first backyard vineyard very small only 24 vines with a 6x6 spacing I used a dig-it and turned over all the soil and plan on planting in 2 weeks, the former owners of my house must of loved rocks, I have an abundance of large river rocks threw out the property and my question is this once the vines are in would it be advisable to place the rocks in the aisles....this would be purely aesthetic for me as I'm not really worried about weeds because it's not a big area but would this harm the vines in any way

River rocks get very slippery over time from moss and mold. This would also be very uncomfortable to run the mower over. I would use them elsewhere either as a path or a retaining wall for a raised garden. They cost a small fortune to buy. You could always stack them up and sell them on Craig's List.
