Can I go ahead and put in Potassium Campden, Potassium Sorbate and LQ Super Kleer then age it for awhile then back sweeten it.

When do I filter it?

No. You cannot use sorbate until the wine is clear. Age it and rack the debris and yeast cells off of it first. Use the sorbate at bottling time along with the sugar. And add some more meta at that time.

Yes. Get some meta--campden--on it if you haven't done it.
