Hey Guys! Just bottled my first batch of wine! Ehh I tasted a bit beforehand and didn't really taste a wine taste per say,how long after bottling do u suggest I try again? I added grape concentrate and stabilizer before bottling! It's a Blueberry wine! Thanks!

Well, next time you should probably not bottle so quickly. Let it age a bit, so you can taste and adjust before bottling.
You did not give much information upon which to make an aging recommendation. I have never made any fruit wine (only grape kits), but on this forum, many say that blueberry takes more than a year to come around. So, personally, I would try your next bottle in about a year.
