I am currently making the 2010 Limited Release Rosso Fortissimo and I want to top up my carboy. What style would be best to top up this wine with? I could not find a super tuscan at my local liquor store and would like to know some other options. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
 
For my Rosso Fortissimo, which is my own recipe, I use 1/3 each of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese. I think the real porportions are at least 1/2 Cabernet Sauvignon and 1/4 each of Merlot and Sangiovese. So, to answer your question, I believe the "strength" comes from the Cabernet and that is what I would use to top off.

BTW, you have a really nice kit there, so I would go with a good Cabernet Sauvignon. Not a $40 bottle, necessarily, but not "Two-Buck Chuck" either.
