2008 Pomegranate

Sence my 2007 Pomegranate is comming along so nicely, going to make a gallon batch, but kick it up a bit. 2 cans Pom Cherry 2 cans Pom Blueberry concentrate with the addition of a couple of pounds of Cherry & Blueberry frozen fruit. Yeast will be Cote de Blancs with 12% alcohol. I think the additional fruit will give the flavor additional body & taste.

I think you should stick a pop sickle stick in there and freeze it cause that sounds good.
