    garage sale loot

    well went out to an estate sale from a wine maker. here is what i got for $20 30 and 23 litter carboys bottle tree 5 gallon primary 2 cases of wine no idea if the wine is any good or not but the bottles are a little oxi clean and the bottle should be good to use.

    can you replace using fruits with dehydrated fruits. I know a place where i can get tons of berries next year for free but no real room to freeze them I do have a dehydrator was wondering if I dried the berries out if they could still be used for wine?

    RJ Spagnols using white grape cont. to back sweeten?

    I have a Vino del Vita world tour Australian Chardonnay and I would like to sweeten it just slightly I was wondering it white grape cont. would be a good idea to do this or should I just use simple syrup. Thanks ahead of time going to work I'll check back when I get home. :mny

    First ever batch of pee !

    To day I picked up the ingredients to make my first batch of skeeter pee :db I used a slurry from a pinot grigio that I just racked so I could use the slurry. The starting s.g. was 1.082 and within 2 hours it started to bubble hope this goes well :D
