like cpfan said i had some i bottled and when i installed the cork it was below
the top of the bottle. i looked @ then 10 minutes later and it had pushed up above the lip. after that i did not fill the bottles as much and has been ok.
are you able to freeze fresh grapes and make wine with them latter . how do you freeze them,do you wash them first and then freeze.also how many pounds or quarts does it take per gallon.
when you out there bottle a fruit wine do you use clear bottles or colored [green] bottles. i have about 2 gallons of cherry i need to bottle up. i have used clear in the past.

i have a gallon of peach wine going and was wondering if any one has made a batch and added vanilla to it. if so about how much did you add. use vanilla bean or extract?
