On Wade's recommendation I just got my Accuvin TA kit that will be replacing the L.D. Carlson kit that I feel is giving me erroneous results. For fruit wines is the target on the TA 6.0 FOR G/L tart. which would be the same as the .60% on the Carlson kit? If not what is the target?
