The devil him self was unleashed in my kitchen tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!

I looked inn the cabinet where my gallon jugs are aging. I see a jug with the tail tell sign of fermintation, the ring of bubbles.
so i reached in the cabinet, cracked it open, let off the pressure and closed it back.
then I moved the bottle to the counter. and grab an air lock.wash it
then sterilise it.
I reach over and take the top off to put the air lock on.

GOOD LORD.. A damn volcano erupts !!!!!!!! man I got **** going every wherehelp me.jpe
i put my hand over it, and let a little out at a time till its under control

why didn't ya'll warn me about this???

I am holding each and every one here accountable because I am never wrong. :)
 
Odds are ,,,,, "YOU WERE WARNED!!!" Many posts out there about the reasons for keeping things under an airlock vs. solid bung until it's READY to be corked in the bottle!!! :ib :pty
