I started my fresh fruit pineapple wine on June 20th. After racking and adding kmeta and sorbate wine still didn't want to clear completely. 7 days ago I decided to use Superkleer, for the first time by the way. After 5-6 days wine is completely clear. This stuff really works and it's so easy to use. I just use it also on Dragon Blood and Blue Blood. It was 2 days ago and I already see the effect.

Pear, pineapple, peach, a lot of these take time to clear (patience required)

even with a fining agent you may get fine fallout to continue to drop. It’s only been a month and a half. Don’t be in a rush to bottle.
