I just noticed the date and It's been 1 year ago today that I started making wine!!!! I quickly found George after the 1st kit and have enjoyed the service and the forum so much!!!!!! Many more years to come I'm sure!!!!

Well, even though I told you this on Messenger, Happy Anniversary to you! Mine will be in June, i suppose if I look back I can figure the day out but off the top of my head, I can't remember the exact start date.

Well, Ramona, I found the paper for my Wildberry Schiraz and it was
February 9, 2005, it was wine #2, so we started about the same time!!

It's been a wild ride...lol

1 year thats my goal on my chardonay and barlo. To let them sit for 1 year before I open my fisrt bottle. But i do have some ventage stuff 1 year old. So far it just gets better with time.
