Seeing as there's nothing of any detail about this wine kit on this forum I thought it might be interesting to try it out (and I've done the same with it's sister kit on another Thread).
Box says 12 L of contents
60g of Oak American Medium (Primary)
60g of Oak Medium Blend (Primary)
1L grape skins
Once everything was added to the primary (without waiting) the starting SG tonight was a reasonable 1.092
Will update as things progress.
