In my part of the country when is it getting 'too late' to plant?

I ordered some in Nov. and my supplier has now missed his promised delivery date by 3 weeks. I imagine I'm still in the safe zone provided I get them in the next week or so.

Thoughts?

I think your still in the safe zone. Your trunk may not make it through the winter, unless you bury it. But pruning it back next spring and starting a new trunk next year would be better.

My guess is they are small potted vines in white sleeves. Usually it is about July 1 when you get them. Plant them and take good care of them and they should be alright.
