[Hi In The Pines]

This is my first time at an attempt to make wine. As a matter of fact, I just made my first purchase of equipment and scratch 2 days ago. I want to properly log down everthing that I will be doing during my experiment. Is there a pre-printed journal or log book that will aid me during my operations?

Strange, I could have sworn that I posted a wine-log of mine on here.

I must be going senile!





Here's the one I use, it's simple, doesn't have alot of extras, but it does the trick for me. It's two pages, and I usually print them front and back for each wine.





The front is the actual log sheet, the back are the tasting notes.

Thanks...Im still trying to navigate around this site. Once I get my stuff from George, I will be trying to make a gallon of blueberry wine.
