Wine iv made this year and last year

hi there this year i have made wallflower 1 gall,elderflower 2 gall,ginger root 1 gall,dandelion 1 gall,gorse 1 gall all of which are in the demijohns.last year i made marigold 1gall which is bottled,rose petal 1 gall which is bottled,elderflower 1 gall which is bottled.sloe 1gall which is still in the demijohn and green tomato wine which is going to be bottled soon.
 
update on my wine im making

the sloe wine did not clear after lots of trying to fine it and leaving it to clear so i decided to cut my losses on that 1 gall of sloe.the green tomato wine is all bottled and is very nice bronze color.i have made another 2 galls of marigold,2 galls of blackberry,3 galls of elderberry and 2 galls of sloe which will hopefully work out better this time. im using golden rasins in the sloe insted of the recipie before which was normal rasins so hopefully these 2 galls of sloe will clear better.
 
My first thoughts were how do these wines taste? Just curiosity. Next is the sloe wine didn't clear, did youtry any finings on it? Sparkaloid, super clear, usually one of these will clear it for you. Good luck with them, Arne.

hi there we tried to fine the sloe 3 times with finneings no luck and the tomato wine tastes a bit gingery as there is some ginger in it and sort of tomato flavour very individual taste to it and is very strong.the rest on my last post like the black berry,elderberry and marigold are still in the demijohn as iv only just made them in the last 3-4 weeks.the marigold last year was very sweet like a sherry and very strong.the elderflower and rose petal wich were made with dried flower were very nice the elderflower was quite dry and the rose petal was medium dry
