Hey all!


I know it's been a while, but I've been bulk aging at capacity!


So, I just saw the winemakers competition results and I noticed that George landed a couple medals. Nice job!


My wife and I landed a Bronze in the Riesling category. It's all thanks to George who helped us save our wine. The original directions for the Mosti Riesling Fresh Juice has some problems, and our wine was really screwed up. I spoke to George who helped us nurse it back to life, and eventually on to become a medal winner.


Thank you so much George! This hobby would be so much more challenging if it wasn't for how helpful you have been.

Ya know sometimes its the "problem" wine that can and does get fixed winds up winning. Just goes to show you ASK and it may make it a medal winner!
