Hi,
I have these 3 types of wine that I received as present recently

Penfolds Koonunga Hill Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Australia, 2011 and
Concha y Toro, Casillero del Diablo, Cabernet Sauvignon, 2011, Chile,
Wine from Germany, Bodensse, Regent 2012

I know they are no super expensive wine and I am very curious to know if these both wine can be stored in cellar for couple of years. I have tasted the wine from Chile, but was not that satisttied ( just matter of taste). I ma wondering will couple of years in cellar will help to improve the taste.

thanks

Hei I have another 2 bottles of wine that I would like to store couple of years in cellar, Wine from Germany, Bodensse, Regent 2012

Yes, that should be fine. I have experimented with storing relatively low-end commercial red wine for a few years. Most of mine seemed fine for 3 or 4 years. One has passed its prime after 5 years.
