the life if I keep this stuff refrigerated Sod-Metabisulphate, Yeast Nutrient, Acid Blend, Potassium sorbate and Pectic Enzyme..

Yes but if they last longer then 4 hours call...oops wrong forum. LOL

I just keep mine in a cool dark cabinet, as you should all of your chemicals.
 
Keeping everything cool will help but the sorbate needs to be refrigerated to extend its shelf life.

If you are using Sodium Metabisulphate, I would switch next time to Potassium Metabisulphate. It's a salt issue.

I don't know about the sorbate, but for the rest, be sure to keep it cool and dry.
