The Wild Plums are blooming...
With any luck I see another batch of 'Plum-Wild' Wine in our future. The last batch was a bit tart and hard to clear....
This year I plan to leave the fruit on the trees till they are sticky sweet. Will maybetry some Calcium Carbonate, it is said to neutralize acidity fruits...and...now since the last batch of 'Plum-Wild' I have learned the talent of Super-Kleer K-C for clearing problem wines....so ...hope the next batch is better.
