We don't have the availability of wild blueberries in our area. So Kroger had them at a whopping price of $4 a lb. Bought 4 lbs to make 1 gallon of dessert wine. Just racked it into the carboy. Going to be very blueberry.

This is great, just wondered what you were doing as I am getting ready to start one also(I got from jswordy on here) that is similar. I am using a little less acid blend, a little more blueberries and a little grape concentrate. Otherwise, pretty much the same with the same yeast. I am making a 2 gal. batch. One will be sweet, the other dryer and put on oak.
