What are your favorite spirits to mix with coffee

I have to come up with a hard drink with hot coffee. Actually it has to be with Cafe Au Lait. For you east of the Mississippi that is N'awlins for coffee and steamed milk.

Tony, if you have to put the steamed milk in the coffee, that limits my experience. If you can do without milk, I am sure you know about Anisette, Stregaor Sambuca. My favorite "coffee" is with Ancient Ancient Age (no, I did not stutter...it is an 8 year old stright bourbon that is really a value in the liquor stores) and sugar. If you have to use milk, I would go with a good quality brandy (or grappa).
