Tony, if you have to put the steamed milk in the coffee, that limits my experience. If you can do without milk, I am sure you know about Anisette, Stregaor Sambuca. My favorite "coffee" is with Ancient Ancient Age (no, I did not stutter...it is an 8 year old stright bourbon that is really a value in the liquor stores) and sugar. If you have to use milk, I would go with a good quality brandy (or grappa).
