Watermelon Wine Help!

We have tried unsuccessfully now twice to make a watermelon wine. Both attempts ended in the wine tasting "sour". Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make a good watermelon wine or have a good recipe to follow?

With Watermelon Wine you have to get the fermentation going real quick and get the alcohol content up before the juice goes bad. I would use a faast fermenting yeast and make a good starter 24 hours ahead and keep feeding it. You might want toput the must in the refrig while you are waiting to pitch your yeast too.
