I am thinking about using a commercial juicing machine to extract
juice from scuppernong grapes (26 lbs.). My intention is to make several gallons
of wine. This is my first time to make a “country” wine from fresh fruit. Is it
a good idea to use the juicing machine for extracting juice? I will appreciate some
of your ideas/thoughts.</font>
