Turbo Yeast?

In selecting the yeast for my batch, I saw multiple "turbo yeasts" claiming 24-48 hour fermentation. What's this about? Is this for wines? Pros and cons?

If your goal is produce alcohol as fast as you can, then Turbo Yeast is fine.

Remember that yeast has a flavor profile. If you are making wine, you may or may not want the flavor profile that comes along with Turbo Yeast.

Since it takes 1+ years to make a good bottle of wine, a few less days in the fermentation stage is not a material difference.
