Would the SEAFLO 115-Volt 3.0 GPM 0.18 HP Water Pressure Diaphragm Pump be a good pump to move wine from a bucket to another bucket? I have the all in one wine pump but I started doing some 6 gal kits and have to go from primary bucket to anther bucket temporary to add ingredients before moving them and spiting to two different carboys. I could also use the pump to make a bottle wash station.

I would suggest this one = it is ready to go for both of your requirements. It will last 10 years plus - and you can get replacement diaphragm if ever needed in the future.

I noticed there are lots of USB powered pumps from China, eg(they are in Chinese but the video shows how it works)

They are really cheap and seems to be convenient, I wonder if they will work for wine transferring and/bottling?
Emphasis mine. I've found that most Chinese products are cheaply made and lack quality and longevity. IME you're going to get what you pay for.
