Top the 7' Concord Vine?

This Concord grows like a tiger. It reached 7' on my bamboo stake and is still climbing. I train it on a TWC at 6'. Should I allow it to grow to the very top and possibly drop down? Or I should top it sometime soon?

if on a trellis just train out on the 6 ft wire.

Best trellis for concord is genvea double curtain.

I only have two Concord and most others are hybrid wine grapes. The trellis is not up yet, but I can install temp wires. However, I do not think I have time to train the cordons this year.
