Too much water

I'm making a Chilian Malbec and have realized that when I stablized and cleared I topped off a 6.5 gallon carboy with water (took one bottle of store bought Malbec and 2-2.5 additional bottles of water).

Should I attempt to fix this? If so, how?

The problem lies in using a 6.5 gallon carboy if this is a kt! You should be using a 6 gallon carboy. The only way to fix this if it really needs fixing (taste it and see if it is too thin) is to add mors Chilean Malbec wineso that your reducing the amount of dilution of water.
